Manager is unprofessional, parking is nonexistent if you have more than one vehicle, after two years our heating and cooling system still doesn't work, bugs and roaches never go away. Pool is dirty alot and laundry room smells. For the price of the rent you'd think things would be better.

no stars!!!! where do i begin !! 1st of all .. parking is unbelievably ridiculous!!! takes at least 30 mins to find parking. property is so cheap! paints coming off, outlets loose.. enough about the actually property! that isn't much of a deal breaker! we can deal ! what we cant deal with is eva the manager, she is unprofessional whatever you do, don't rent here! had 2 big issues with her, and we haven't even lived here 2 months yet! she is condescending. i tried to voice my issues she interrupted and tried to lectu... read more

Horrible place to live. Do not move here. The power constantly goes out, regardless if you've paid your bills. One time while I was getting ready for work and it took the maintenance man over an hour to walk outside and manually open the gate( which took him only seconds to do.) Thanks to them, I was late for work. In my opinion, this action shows that they don't care about anyone else's well being and responsabilities. 2years later. I moved out then moved back in with my boyfriend. The new unit we received was unfinished when we moved in, base boards un filled and unpainted, no hose bib, no screens, and none of the kitchen cabinets closed completely. It took 2 months for the bedroom screen to be ordered, and once it arrived it was the wrong size and my boyfriend had to install it. The hose bib was installed upside down and the wall was never patched. I couldn't clean the walls or baseboards because the paint was so cheap, that with a rag... read more

This place is a DUMP. Roaches run rampant throughout the property, there are unleashed dogs running about, and "management" (I use the term loosely) refuses to enforce the leash law. The office staff is extremely rude, and unprofessional. I wonder if they had to undergo ANY sort of training relating to property management or customer service. Where to even start. Parking is the worst. If you can get past that part the worst part about this place is the staff. They are rude, unprofessional and are just over all poor quality people. They charge you fees for their mistakes. They violate fair housing laws regularly and even after you move out, the management company (Cliff Warren Investments) will not only take your full deposit, they allow their employees to act like ignorant fools on the phone if you ask for your legal right for back up invoices or receipts ... read more

I am disappointed in the office staff, mgr Eva and I talked about the return of my security deposit after I moved out. she gave me the amount due for the rent of the last four days I was to be in the apartment. I had made a appointment for the last day for her to inspect the apartment. I am sorry she had a dental issue at the last moment and was going to send a man over to inspect the apartment.( never came) I was told the amount of my rent due and she had me write a check for my utilities( water, electric, gas, and ect.) w... read more

Lived there for about 3 mos. It was the worst experience of my life. I felt very unsafe living there. They lied to me about so many things before I moved in. They stole my deposit about $2,000 when I moved out. Do not move here.

Do not rent here. Things break and then they don't fix it. Ever since the new ownership it's gone extremely down hill.
