Verified Renter The amenities are top notch, there's a decent amount of available parking, the location is very convenient, and the on-site management is very willing to listen when needs arise and help out where they can!
Verified Renter I like the neighborhood. This location is great. My dog is so happy to live here to visit that beautiful park. But the new communication system with the office is inconvenient and takes a long time.
Verified Renter We love the Ardent! This is the best apartment complex I have lived in thus far - so much so, we resigned our lease! We highly recommend the Ardent to anyone who is looking for a nice space that is close to the town center.
Verified Renter Nice apartment complex, friendly neighbors, very well kept. I enjoy that there is a dog park to chill at even though I don't have a dog. And a park thats a 20 minute walk up the street.

Verified Renter I love this neighborhood. The location is awesome. The maintenance team is the best especially Pavel. Leasing office team was very helpful before the company changes. For today it is very difficult to get a quick and qualified answer to any question, there are problems with payment. So it is stressful for us.

Verified Renter As nice as this place is we have had some big issues in the couple months living here. Big one car was broken into in our first month. Most of gym equipment is not working and the pool is always closed it seems. Packages are missing in Luxor also. Lots of dog poop everywhere. Office staff is friendly and courteous.
Verified Renter The layout of the apartments is pretty good and the management is cooperative. The maintenance requests are also taken care of in a timely manner. So far, I love my experience here.

Verified Renter The apartment I was supposed to move into had a smoke smell and I wasn’t able to move into it for health reasons. Four stars because I had to wait two days before I could speak to the community manager who offered a different apartment.
