False advertising, and the property is completely unresponsive. My application cost $400; the unit ended up being significantly more expensive than advertised online, and Yesica told me I would be refunded if I wanted to cancel, as I was misled by the website. However, I have not been able to contact anyone at the property whatsoever, by phone or by email, and thus have not received a refund or even been able to cancel the application properly. Be careful—don’t get scammed out of $400 like I was.
Negative stars, I only applied here. I NEVER heard from the leasing office.. not a single time. I never got an answer no matter how many times I called or left a voicemail. I literally got scammed out of $400 for what I thought was a legitimate apartment complex. I even attempted to call corporate for some assistance and NEVER heard back. Bad experience with the lady who works in the office named Valentina Navarro! First time I met her at the building for a tour, she gave me other prices than what I saw online on the Asbury website!! Plus I’ve confirmed a day before the price with Jessica! Then I said that’s fine because of the location! The price I was told first time from Jessica is $1080 for a studio and Valentina said is $1324. these apartments are getting worse every day how the stands stink of drunken urine. the elevator doesn't work. and supposedly has security and does nothing to get the homeless out.
The cleaning staff doesn't clean properly. And the trash cans are always overflowing.
