I've been living at the Astor for 3 months now, and my experience has been amazing! Management is very communicative, helpful, and friendly. They are always quick to solve any issues and the building has new code-required package lockers which has been extremely useful. Susan is a stand-out!! The apartments themselves are clean, only a few marks of normal wear and tear; nothing unusual or excessive. I was searching for a new apartment last month and toured The Astor. The community is beautifully designed, and well maintained. The amenities are great and very intimate. Susan was so much help and a great introduction to what it would be like to live here. I knew there was no need to continue my search, because I had found my perfect fit at The Astor on Osborn. Celeste and Susan are two gems! Touring Astor and Osborn with them was such a great experience—they were so welcoming, helpful, and made everything feel easy. Now that I live here, I love this community even more. They’re always attentive and quick to help whenever I need anything, and they truly make this place feel like home. Highly recommend!
I moved into a unit here at the end of March, and it's been great so far. Iman and Mark were the service personnel that specifically took care of all the move in work that I had notified them of, and they handled it all quickly. Susan was also a great help all the way from when I toured, to when I moved in. I appreciate the entire team here.
I absolutely love the view from my apartment. I also want to recognize how Kris, the community manager, has gone above and beyond to resolve any issues that have come up in my apartment. Maintenance always takes care of any requests within 24 hours and Susan is a ray of sunshine in the front office.
