I just moved into The Astor two weeks ago and I could not be happier. Susan has been absolutely amazing in answering all my questions and making sure that the move-in process was completely smooth. I feel so at home. I am so so so happy that I chose The Astor as my new home. I have also been very impressed with how responsive maintenance is to any request. This indeed is an amazing location.
I lived at the Astor for a little over a year and loved every moment of it! Susan and Zach were amazing, so kind and helpful! If I ever move back to the area, I would choose to live there again! Also shout out to Payton for originally touring me!
My husband and I lived at the Astor for almost two years and it really is a wonderful place to live - especially if you’re under 30. They have key fobs which is really nice and makes it pretty secure, although the immediate surrounding area is a little sus and has gotten worse over the course of us living there. Maintenance is incredible and fixes things within 24 hours of requests being put in. Management is incredibly kind and fair, and our lease only went up $25 when we renewed. Honestly great place to live. All the facilities are clean and nice. The apartments are spacious and have a great design. The reason I’m giving it a 4 stars instead of 5 is solely due to the fact that they have changed their security company recently and the amount of obnoxious things that happen has gone up significantly. Other than that, the pricing is fair and the apartments are great.
Susan was wonderful with providing my mother and myself with a tour that made it feel right away that this place would be my next home. She was personable and displaced so much care for all the residents as we toured the building. Highly recommend Astor at Osborn just based on the management alone.
