I was searching for a new apartment last month and toured The Astor. The community is beautifully designed, and well maintained. The amenities are great and very intimate. Susan was so much help and a great introduction to what it would be like to live here. I knew there was no need to continue my search, because I had found my perfect fit at The Astor on Osborn. I moved into a unit here at the end of March, and it's been great so far. Iman and Mark were the service personnel that specifically took care of all the move in work that I had notified them of, and they handled it all quickly. Susan was also a great help all the way from when I toured, to when I moved in. I appreciate the entire team here.
Kris Rojas is an amazing manager. I’ve known her since 2020, long before her promotions, and she has always been attentive and responsible when answering questions from day one. She follows up closely on situations and has always kept her word with me. She’s genuinely kind, and it’s always a relief to communicate with her whenever I need assistance. Having someone like her is what truly makes a luxury complex feel like one.
Celeste and Susan are two gems! Touring Astor and Osborn with them was such a great experience—they were so welcoming, helpful, and made everything feel easy. Now that I live here, I love this community even more. They’re always attentive and quick to help whenever I need anything, and they truly make this place feel like home. Highly recommend!
