I was searching for a new apartment last month and toured The Astor. The community is beautifully designed, and well maintained. The amenities are great and very intimate. I cannot begin to describe how much I LOVE living here! Community events, gorgeous and cozy amenity spaces, clean gym with a free Peloton bike? Yes please! I have had zero maintenance issues thus far during my tenancy here and the office is swift and responsive to messages and emails. My move in was seamless and comfortable and my apartment is stunning, fitted with a glass-top electric stove, fridge with a water and ice dispenser, kitchen island, floating shelves, and a large walk-in closet with in-unit washer and dryer. Two days after visiting Blume — and thanks to Aubrey’s recommendation — my friend and I decided to make Astor the final stop on her list, bringing us to property number seven. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Susan, who had this wonderful, classic New York energy about her (which made sense, since she’s originally from there). Loved living here! The location is awesome. Sprouts is right around the corner and everything you need is super walkable. Susan and the new manager have been great and always easy to work with. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to someday
I received excellent customer service from Susan and Iman. I submitted a few move-in maintenance requests. Susan answered my request the next business day and sent Iman. Iman fixed everything wonderfully the same day.
