I've been at The Avant for about two months. The main reason I chose it was the location as being across from Fiddler's Green makes it easy, dare I say effortless, to get to shows. Honestly, being able to walk to a concert and be home in five minutes is tough to beat. I've already gone to three concerts and even watched a couple from the music deck, which is a nice perk.
