I moved here about a month ago. My apartment is amazing.! It is a new complex and everything is new and they used very nice materials in the design of the units. The leasing office team is also amazing. They are extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this place!

I've been at The Avant for about two months. The main reason I chose it was the location as being across from Fiddler's Green makes it easy, dare I say effortless, to get to shows. Honestly, being able to walk to a concert and be home in five minutes is tough to beat. I've already gone to three concerts and even watched a couple from the music deck, which is a nice perk. Stopped by the pre leasing office the other day to get some more information. Ary and Jacob were great! Still looking but The Avant is definitely a top choice

The internet is absolutely atrocious. They will tell you how incredible it is with claims of 1GB/s of upload and download speed but you can't even take a single call in your apartment without it getting dropped instantly or 2 minutes into the call. I just tried to call my family for an urgent matter and could not get ahold of anybody. I tried without wifi connection and still couldn't get through. This has been an ongoing issue and their firewall will also block 99% of connections to external servers. For you folks out there... read more

Everything about the place is good, they address issues promptly and have very friendly reps at the front. However, they MAKE you pay $80/month for internet with incredible speeds but ATROCIOUS connectivity and firewall. I cannot do anything on my pc without a vpn because the router is somehow tied to all routers at the apartment (there's only one wifi across the whole building) and it blocks nearly all of my connections to external servers.
