The Bachelor and the Flats itself is a top notch run place. Special acknowledgment to Dino who has taken care of and answered any questions I may have had . Any questions or issues I might have had get resolved within the day or the next day. Highly recommended
After a few years of living here, I'm completely satisfied with my experience at The Bachelor! Even though I currently live at another Flats property, The Bachelor will always have a special place in my heart. Kelly, my leasing agent, is perfectly helpful & solution-focused. The property manager, Pat, was helpful with any troubleshooting requests. The Flats staff was on top of everything! My unit I lived in met my every need. The property is situated in a favorable location. While the apartments are somewhat compact, they offer comfort and are reasonably priced. Vatsal provided significant assistance with the leasing process, and Dino manages the property effectively. I highly recommend this property.
Property manager Dino has made the move-in process feel like a walk in the park compared to other application processes! He was extremely helpful and prompt with answering questions and assisting with any issue me and my cosigner had while filling out paperwork. Very much looking forward to living at The Bachelor!
