Good doctors but the admin is absolutely the worst. Never answer the phone and never a returned call when a message is left. Scheduling is a joke. They set appointments and never check in to let you know when insurance hasn't given an approval until you show up for a procedure. Have spent as much as 2 hours in the waiting on several occasions. I'm definitely fed up, time to find someone that doesn't treat their customers like a waste of their time.
The PT staff takes care of me quickly, even if I'm early. As many others have said, the waiting time to see the doctor is excessive. 70 minutes after my scheduled time has passed, the receptionist told me there was one person ahead of me, but I actually saw the doctor 3 hours after my scheduled time.
Dr. Urrea saved my life. He performed outpatient surgery on my L5 and relieved my suffering. So grateful to this amazing surgeon. I literally walked out after a few hours while having been unable to bear the pain just prior to the surgery. I have never looked back!
Terrible customer service and front desk personnel. Takes weeks to get an MRI scheduled. Not able to even reach a person to schedule appointments.
Doctors office takes a long time. I've gone in for 2 scheduled appointments and after waiting for about 2 hours they tell me they don't have the authentication needed to see me. This is unusual due to all other specialists calling me at least 3 business days before letting me know they haven't received my authentication or to reach out to my primary and make sure they send it to them.
