Doctors office takes a long time. I've gone in for 2 scheduled appointments and after waiting for about 2 hours they tell me they don't have the authentication needed to see me. This is unusual due to all other specialists calling me at least 3 business days before letting me know they haven't received my authentication or to reach out to my primary and make sure they send it to them. Doctor is cool and caring but appointment times here are horrendous. First appointment I had was at 1pm was not called back until after 3 and then ended up having to leave and reschedule because the doctor was with other patients. Today my appointment at 1030 am still waiting at almost noon with no hope in sight to be seen before 1pm. I see this has been an issue for a while I am not sure why they are over scheduling patients but this is ridiculous people have other responsibilities to attend to hence why we make appointment... read more

This place is the absolute worst....my daughter had an 10 o'clock appointment and we waited over an hour and a half just to get called to the back and wait another hour....like wth is even the point of scheduling appointments if someone has to wait 3 damn hours to get seen as if they have nothing else on there schedule for the day....the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. If she reads this I want her to know that I've became a changed woman and she should consider herself lucky....save your time even dealing with ... read more

I am a combat vet who had issues with his spine from service and was in an accident caused by a drunk driver. The whiplash caused two of my disks in my neck to worsen to the point of my nerves being pinched and me getting pain and numbness in my fingers. Dr. Urrea and his team were able to explain exactly what was going on, and they recommended surgery to fix the issue. Dr. Urrea performed a double Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion in April. If you value your time find another office. This office would greatly benefit from improved time management practices. It’s disheartening that patients, are consistently subjected to 2-3 plus hours of waiting time for just a brief 3-5 minute conversation with the doctor. This prolonged wait time significantly impacts the overall patient experience and undermines the quality of care provided.
