Doctors office takes a long time. I've gone in for 2 scheduled appointments and after waiting for about 2 hours they tell me they don't have the authentication needed to see me. This is unusual due to all other specialists calling me at least 3 business days before letting me know they haven't received my authentication or to reach out to my primary and make sure they send it to them. Drs would rather sit there and yap all day to their patients then move in an timely manner to see all their patients. You will wait an hour+ they do not care while they sit and shoot the breeze.
Doctor is cool and caring but appointment times here are horrendous. First appointment I had was at 1pm was not called back until after 3 and then ended up having to leave and reschedule because the doctor was with other patients. Today my appointment at 1030 am still waiting at almost noon with no hope in sight to be seen before 1pm. I see this has been an issue for a while I am not sure why they are over scheduling patients but this is ridiculous people have other responsibilities to attend to hence why we make appointment... read more
If you value your time find another office. This office would greatly benefit from improved time management practices. It’s disheartening that patients, are consistently subjected to 2-3 plus hours of waiting time for just a brief 3-5 minute conversation with the doctor. This prolonged wait time significantly impacts the overall patient experience and undermines the quality of care provided.
