RecommendedAbsolutely love their Doggy Daycare!! All of the staff are well trained and my dog always comes home tired and with a smile on his face from playing all day 😄 cannot say enough positive things about The Barking Dog in Derry! Highly recommend!!

I have not read the other reviews on this page and will give you my personal unbiased experience. We did puppy classes at Barking Dog for our 1st in 2018, they were ~$60 for 6 classes and they were great. We have boarded our older-of-2-dogs at Barking Dog a number of times for a night (saw one of Tom Brady’s last games with the Patriots) and a week (visited beautiful Arizona, not that it matters). We took our dog Hoppy here last week for a day as our normal location in Hooksett was closed for a week. Hoppy is a little timid and somewhat particular when it comes to interacting with other dogs so naturally we were a little worried. The staff reached out mid morning that she was having a blast and settled in very quickly and met some new besties while there. The staff at the barking dog are always taking care of the animals and have such a big heart. my dog normally doesnt trust people very well and they take such great care of him. When I get him, he is always super happy and excited, even when going there. Always the animal first and I love that about this place.
We have 4 dogs in our household so vacation prep can be a little stressful. When we call the Barking Dog to schedule boarding, we know we don't have to worry about them and just have to figure out our own packing! Each dog has their own unique personality and we never have to worry when we bring them here. Two of our dogs are Shiba Inus and not all boarding/care facilities give them a chance to show they aren't "typical" shibas.
