Its not easy to mind 2 newfoundland's, let alone one who is quite lame and the other a puppy, need completely diff care, food, meds & for 2 weeks. Oh yes, both were beautifully groomed & were in no hurray to leave. Nothing like peace of mind when dropping them off. Thank you to all who work there. You're a terrific team. I wouldn't bring my dogs anywhere else. 5 stars for The Barking Dog, Derry!

Brought my pups there for the first time this past weekend. they took great care of them and they came home smelling great from their courtesy bath. definitely recommend them.

Have been taking my dog here for years to get her nails clipped and for baths. The staff is professional and friendly ! They always fit my dog in (sometimes at short notice) for a nail trim and they do a great job, they are gentle with her and her nails are trimmed perfectly.
