Best atmosphere! Beautiful facility. Very friendly staff. They were so kind to tell me everything for my puppy and he came back smelling incredible which lasted all day. The haircut was absolutely perfect and I'm definitely bring him back with these low prices!

We have been looking for a place to drop our Australian Shephard, Boomer, off when we are on holiday. The Barkley took such good care of Boomer and made sure he was thriving in the environment. Their attention to his needs led us with a phone call that they let us know Boomer was a little agitated within the suite we got him. They decided to move him to better cater to his necessities. At times very helpful and other times were terrible with communication, it depended on which employee you spoke with that day. This was my dogs first time being boarded and it was very nerve wrecking. Heather the night manager seemed to be the only one to answer any questions or help with our concerns. 2 days after picking up my dog she was diagnosed with kennel cough after being vaccinated for it. Still iffy if we want to return.

We have been taking our dogs here for years. Never had a serious issue. The main concern for me, is that my dog eats, drinks, socializes with other dogs every day, has human contact, or is aware someone is there 24 hours a day and does not get hurt or abused. All those things are met at the Barkley. I was able to see my dog on web cam from Mexico, and when I didn't believe my dog was taken to day camp early enough, because they are in their night area for many hours, I called them. I would never take Beethoven anywhere else! He has separation anxiety and never fusses when we take him. It is reassuring to know that he is comfortable and well-cared for. He just gets the basic room and does well with that. One of the staff members even sent a text with his picture to let me know he was doing well. I love the little report card they get on check out, hung it on the fridge with the kids' pictures :-) (Cleveland location)

My pet loves this day care. He whines until we get there and can't wait to play with the other dogs. I especially want to recognize the wonderful customer service I received directly from Founder and CEO Howard Perlmuter, M.A. by his rapid response to my request, kindness and generosity. I was looking for a new place to take our dog, Kuba, to day camp since changing my jobs and I am so happy I found Barkely. They offer day camp where they have constant access to the outdoors, a large playroom, as well as interaction with the staff. They also have the ability to check in on your dog with their dog cam. In regards to pricing, they have great packages set up so you can purchase 10 or 20 days to help save money instead of paying as you go.
