I just want to send a huge shout out to Kia Burnett, who routinely goes above and beyond to ensure and maximize resident satisfaction. Most recently, she hosted a resident Super Bowl party - the most attended event I’ve seen since we’ve moved in. We’ve met so many awesome people that we didn’t know live at the Bartlett, making it really feel like a community and home that we are proud to belong to. Thank you, Kia!!!
Tamerat did an amazing job! He responded to my maintenance request quickly and fixed the plumbing issue right away. He was professional, efficient. Truly one of the best maintenance experiences I’ve had in Bartlett — thank you for the outstanding service!
Just renewed my lease here as living at The Bartlett has been my most enjoyable stay in the DMV area during my almost eight years here. The location is excellent, neighbors friendly, amenities abundant, and in general I couldn’t think of a place I’d rather call home in National Landing. A special shout out to the manager, James, and concierge team member, Raekwon! Great job, team!
I lived here for 15 months, and while the property itself is well maintained, my overall experience with the management team was extremely disappointing. During my time there, there was constant employee turnover, which meant no one was ever on the same page. Beautiful modern building with all amenities. The gym us pretty big and boasts new machines. AC blows arctic winds so come prepared. Two metro stations are walking distance from it. Whole Foods is around the corner and a great coffee shop is next to it too. They have the cutest dogs!
