I’d like to thank the maintenance team at the Bartlett. Gregory was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding several things I needed repaired in my apartment. He initially came in to replace my microwave and I pointed out a few other things and he quickly resolved all of them. His supervisor Albert also helped with the microwave and they were both in an out in less than an hour. I’ve had several encounters with the maintenance team and it was always a pleasant experience.

Just renewed my lease here as living at The Bartlett has been my most enjoyable stay in the DMV area during my almost eight years here. The location is excellent, neighbors friendly, amenities abundant, and in general I couldn’t think of a place I’d rather call home in National Landing. A special shout out to the manager, James, and concierge team member, Raekwon! Great job, team!

Where do I even start? I chose this place without ever seeing it in person because I was under a tight return-to-work deadline. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond: sending videos, walking me through the space in detail, and patiently supporting me through the entire application process. I have been a resident of the Bartlett for almost 5 years. There are many things I like and dislike about the building but one thing I appreciate is our maintenance staff, especially Cecilio. He is always efficient and helpful and respectful of people working from home. Thank you Cecilio for such great service!

I lived here for 15 months, and while the property itself is well maintained, my overall experience with the management team was extremely disappointing. During my time there, there was constant employee turnover, which meant no one was ever on the same page. Communication was inconsistent, and issues were often handled differently depending on who you spoke to that week. The most frustrating situation occurred when I moved out.
