The shower installation has transformed our bathroom and my expectations were exceeded by the competence and professionalism demonstrated by the Bath Authority. Tyler was an absolute star. I still cannot believe that he singlehandedly did such a great job in only one day! He worked like a machine and the entire time he was cheerful, polite and very pleasant to deal with.

Arrived on time, straight to work removing the old tub. Cleaned up, installed the shower and cleaned up all the debris prior to leaving. Fantastic job and my son loves his new shower and seat!

The installers were courteous, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and they even laid tarps down to walk on. They were very polite coming and going in and out of the house and were attuned to my needs since I am blind. They sat me in the shower chair, and we worked on getting the right height for the grab bars, and everything was done in a very efficient manner.
