Installers were great but their truck and order wasn't complete. They had to go back to base for parts

Professional staff and high quality installation. Took 7 weeks for product to arrive. Long lead time. Purchased custom glass doors which will be installed 4 to 6 weeks after the shower is installed. Selling point was they are a very large bath replacement company who is owned by or with a national window manufacturer/ installer. Despite their size, must have limited bathroom inventory and not the clout to expedite product for a reasonable install time.
