Location, location, location!... (Verified Renter) Location, location, location! As a Rockies fan, this is my IDEAL location to live. Additionally, the amenities are great (with hopes for even more to be added!), community events are well thought out and presented, friendly staff all around, and I feel safe in the complex.

The location is... (Verified Renter) The location is truly what makes this apartment. If this building was located in other areas it would not be as marketable as the walls are much thinner than my old apartment and the build quality is ok.

The price of... (Verified Renter) The price of rent and parking here is significantly lower than many of the other apartment buildings in the area and I think the value for the price is good. There are definitely a handful of things that could be improved, but for the price, I do think this is a decent value.
