I love living here. Igor and his team keep the place in great order. They are helpful and accommodating and very friendly. Anything you need, is a text message away, no red tape to go through like most building managers. There’s even a cute hotel style lobby anyone can use for guests or if you are waiting for a cab, the lobby is super cool and chill.
I've lived here for over 5 years now right before COVID hit and Igor has been the most wonderful and kind manager anyone could ask for. He is so approachable and has helped me with numerous problems over the years. Once I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling and within one hour he had a technician called over to fix it, he even helped me find various accomodations as my bathroom was being fixed. Igor carries the value of this place tremendously. As long as he's here, I will be as well.
The building itself is definitely old and could use a full renovation inside and out, but what truly made living here worthwhile was Igor, the building manager. I moved here in April. It is a great location, with everything you need just a few steps away. The rent in very affordable for a place in the City. The building is very clean and maintained. The greatest asset the building has is its manager, Igor!! He is what makes it a joy to live here! It’s like a member of your family watching out for you! From mail, Amazon deliveries, garbage to a clean property!!! Igor is why I choose to stay here. He makes the difference you need to have a great stay here in San Francisco!!
