Working with The boathouse was a great experience! Their facilities are very nice and the units were very accommodating for our boat and storage in between moving. Very great customer service! Very easy to sign up for a unit and love that it's 24-hour access.
Not quick to respond to current issue(s) with gate and no local representation. I've been at this location over 3 years and it's the worse now than it's ever been. Not customer service oriented and no response to problems. Not recommended
We have been renting a spot at the Boathouse for almost a year for our 32ft camper. We have had great service! We feel very confident our camper is safe and out of the weather. Lots of cameras and extra security measures.
Poor communication, don’t recommend
