My husband and I viewed a studio apartment today for our son. He was checking another property in Arlington. Alexis was our agent and gave us a great tour of the apartment and all the amenities. She answered all of our questions. We were really impressed with all that we saw. A full size W/D in a studio. A full size bathroom and kitchen. So far this what a home should feel like. Great amenities, A very Helpful Property Manangement and a solid location. This a awesome building...
So far, so good. Great rooftop lounge and friendly staff! :-)
Awful customer service. Leasing agents are not helpful and hang up the phone on you. Trash everywhere outside and parking spots for future residents are not good. Also, the neighborhood is crime infested and not even real Old Town. I would avoid this place and look at Potomac Yard apartments instead.
