Walked in the office today and spoke to Simone. I have been shopping around for an apartment for weeks and she provided the best customer service. she was knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
I have been at these apartments since they opened. I have yet to move because of the well managed property and it being so well maintained. If any small problem arises they are quick to resolve. It's a nice smaller community which I love. It's easy access to 45 makes it such a convent location to be and not to mention affordable compared to most luxury apt. Homes. I would highly recommend it here
I've been leasing a unit here for about 11 months and deeply regret it. Aside from the tenants who leave their trash all over the buildings and don't throw it in the designated dumpsters, the leasing office and assistant manager Daisy are extremely unprofessional and use predatory practices to get more money out of tenants. Found mold in our apartment and they did nothing about it but just say that it was dust and told us that it was nothing when all of our belongings were affected due to this management wasn't helpful at all they continued to tell us to live there when I was scared for my health do not recommend at all worst experience ever
We moved into this apartment complex on August 31, 2021, and lived there for a year. The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Upon moving out in September 2022, we left the apartment in excellent condition. We had a $350 refundable deposit, and management assured us we would get it back. They even refused to do a walkthrough when we requested it, claiming they didn't have time but reassured us everything was fine.
