We recently had the flooring in our kitchen-dining area as well as our home office replaced by The Floor Store. We love our new carpet! Billy at the Floor Store was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Within 8 days we walked into the store, picked our carpet, the rooms were measured, AND the carpet was installed! We were just ending a loooong, horrible experience with Lowe's carpet department in Rio Rancho. Billy at The Floor Store saved the day!! :o)
They were great to work with and my installer had my whole house finished in 2 days which I didn't expect. My only real complaint is in my guest bath the baseboard behind the door was put back upside down so the door stop is not behind the door. Once they send someone out to correct that I'll give them 5 stars.
Deanna at The Floor Store was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed to replace a small Section of padding in a bedroom that had a small leak. No other flooring stores were willing to sell us just a small section of padding.
