The whole experience was great, from shopping through installation and final results. I was very happy with help I got choosing flooring, because my tastes and choices were specialized. I not only got the flooring type I wanted but also a great color and cheaper than other options I was reluctantly considering. The installation process was great too. I wanted to wait a couple months to review. We were told we would be contacted by the contractor to fix issues and never were. I really don't care to anymore. There is no resolving our issues short of refunding some of the $$ we spent which now most definitely feels like way too much. Initially we were shocked by some of the pricing but decided to do it because a professional job is something you pay good $$ for. We had a very worn-out, unsafe linoleum floor in our kitchen/dining room area . I called The Floor Store and spoke with Jacque, and she came out the very next day. She is a really nice lady who absolutely knows her business, and listened carefully to everything we considered important. After speaking with her, we knew our problem would disappear. Randy was my point of contact at the Floor store and he went above and beyond to help me. I was having a hard time finding flooring that has already been discontinued, but I had it in the rest of the house and needed more for the living room. When I called the Floor Store, Randy took his time to get all the details and was able to find the flooring I have been searching for for weeks. This was a BIG job and it was totally worth all the hard work. Deanna patiently helped me pick out the product and place the order. First, I had to empty all my furniture so the guys could move it around to install the flooring and then move it back, especially my library of professional and academic books -- sixty boxes full -- in eight unattached wood bookcases.
