The whole experience was great, from shopping through installation and final results. I was very happy with help I got choosing flooring, because my tastes and choices were specialized. I not only got the flooring type I wanted but also a great color and cheaper than other options I was reluctantly considering. The installation process was great too. From the start to the finish everyone at The Floor Store were great. They were professional and knew what they were doing and talking about. We had interviewed another company before going with Karen and The Floor Store. Not only did Karen know exactly what we wanted but she guided us and helped us chose the perfect carpet and flooring for the office. The gentlemen who came to install the flooring were fantastic. Polite, courteous and very respectful of our business while here.
After issues with a previous contractor, Jackie provided exceptional service from start to finish. Her flooring expertise, attention to detail, and quick resolution were impressive. She sourced a near-perfect match to our existing flooring and ensured skilled installers completed the job efficiently and cleanly. We had a very worn-out, unsafe linoleum floor in our kitchen/dining room area . I called The Floor Store and spoke with Jacque, and she came out the very next day.
