Maintenance is very reliable. Brian, the maintenance supervisor, gets to things quickly, handles issues thoroughly, and always cleans up afterward. Management really lucked out with Brian. It’s not just about having someone technically skilled (which he is); Brian also brings the kind of soft skills that make a real difference — he’s personable and handles interactions with residents in a respectful, professional way.
During my visit in town, I stayed with a friend for a few days. First thing I noticed is that it is such an upgrade from where I am living. And the amenities here are amazing! I ran into the assistant manager who was very professional.!! Monique took the time to mention a few offers they have going on and by taking that little bit of time to do that let me know a friendly environment was behind the scenes! I'd definitely consider moving here if I came out this way!
My family LOVES living at The Carter! The staff is amazing (they are like family!), the building and amenities are beautiful, and the location in downtown Redmond is perfect! We love the walkability to downtown Redmond, Town Center, the Farmers Market, community events, and all the trails & parks in the area. It is so much more than an apartment! It's like a resort community, but it's our home!
I absolutely love living here! The building is impeccably maintained, and compared to my previous residence, it’s like night and day. The common areas are always spotless, and any repairs are addressed with impressive speed. A special shoutout to Brian, who not only goes out of his way to help with anything but also never forgets dog treats, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to the building.
My family just moved into the Carter two weeks ago, and I can echo what others have said… the management team is outstanding! We moved in from overseas, and our leasing agent Ryan was super-helpful and very accommodating. We can’t say enough great things about Brian and Lourdes in maintenance. They are incredibly quick to respond, very proficient with fixes (the minor things we needed repaired), and are great people to work with. Would highly recommend this building.
