Edit: Probably the most competent and excellent management at an apartment complex I've ever witnessed! Thank you Alma for such a perfect lease, flawless move-in, move-out, and all issues resolved promptly and fairly. The location is right off the intersection of all bike trails and 520. The place looks beautiful so I decided to inquire about leasing a unit and I love the location. Upon entering, I was treated with disgust. The leasing people are extremely rude and act above you. I was blatantly ignored and was directed to read a sign. How would you rent anything with such horrible leasing agents that call themselves managers? They needed to be reminded that they’re in customer service.
My family LOVES living at The Carter! The staff is amazing (they are like family!), the building and amenities are beautiful, and the location in downtown Redmond is perfect! We love the walkability to downtown Redmond, Town Center, the Farmers Market, community events, and all the trails & parks in the area. It is so much more than an apartment! It's like a resort community, but it's our home!
Dan from maintenance is a rock star - I submitted 2 requests for repairs and he fixed them both, next day before noon and gave me a full run down on the complex and operating all of the appliances and ammenities in my apartment. Great customer service Dan !
The maintenance staff, Meghan, and Alma are super friendly and helpful! This is my first time signing a lease with an apartment and they walked me through the steps and answered all the questions I have. I absolutely love this team! They're very knowledgeable and greet everyone with a welcoming smile. They're quick to respond to any questions or issues and always open to ideas of improvement for the apartment.
