Management has no sense of urgency when it comes to anything important. On top of that, within our two years of renting here they went through 3 leasing team changes, each seemingly worst than the last. Which brings me to the current team - who completely ruined our wonderful stay here at the Carter with their ineptitude and lack of care when it came to keeping our residency as we wanted to resign and they made no effort to keep us.
