Johanna the front desk lady was amazing. We were able to check in once we got here (early) was upgraded to a junior suite, since our room the week prior was not a good at all. The junior suite was way better. Thank you

My stay at the Catalina Hotel & Beach Club was fantastic. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a fun and stylish vibe that fits perfectly with Miami Beach. Jasmin was excellent, she let us into the room much earlier. Thanks to her for her great effort, also the hotel was very clean – all compliments. We received all the necessary instructions for the pool and happy hour. Thank you, Jasmin!

The Catalina is an amazing stay as always. this is the third time we stay here. Ale is such a sweetheart and is always soo helpful with anything that we need. we wish everyone would be this nice on the beach. as far as location everything is nearby and at walking diatance. we surely weill be back every single time. the place is clean and super fun to stay in. we recommend this place to everyone traveling to south beach.

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and mortification during my recent stay in room 2127 from September 18-20. The room had no curtains or blinds, and I was shocked to discover male workers peeking through my window while I was naked after showering. One of them even smiled at me, and I caught him looking at least three times. I initially didn't think much of the blinds since the zen area being closed for renovations at the hotel, assuming it was off-limits, ( my window was right next to this area). However, wh... read more
