Dr Katherman and all the stuff were great, very friendly, welcoming, and good with the baby. The lip and tongue tie release went smoothly and they explained all details of the procedure and recovery clearly and answered all questions we had thoroughly. They sent a thank you card and a picture they had taken in office afterwards, which was a sweet touch.

Today a trip to the dentist it seems that everyone is trying to squeeze every last dollar from you, however at your office I was given options so I could make a choice that worked for me. Thanks the staff is aces and always have a smile.
