I have been a patient here for many years. Dr Duckworth and his PA’s are great. I want to mention the great job that the front desk does, in particular Ms Ambreon Watkins. She has helped me resolve a couple issues I’ve had with prescriptions and getting appointments. She has always serviced me with a smile and patience. She returns calls when she promises and in my opinion she has always gone above and beyond when helping me. I highly recommend this practice.
Went in today for a colonoscopy. The lady that saw me first (intake) was wonderful! She was pleasant and great customer service. Everything was good until I went in the back. Not sure if the person that initial took me in to prep for the procedure was the person I was initially suppose to be with. It seems like she was covering until my person was finish with an appointment. All was well until she went to give me an IV. She tried twice l, one in my arm and another in my hand. Both fail!!!! Walked in to a wonderful welcome from Ambreon at the front desk ext 4801. She also helped me sign my husband up for a colonoscopy consultation. She deserves a thumbs up for all she does! My favorite person is LaQusha!! By far the BEST!!! She takes care of everything I need and is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Dr Mullady is fabulous!
I am just coming back to this practice after a brief hiatus and wondering how I might be greeted. Ambreon, Front Desk Rep., was so very cordial and welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable and assured that I was definitely in the "Right Place!" Thank You, Ambreon, for your sweet smile and generosity with your valuable time.
Upon my visit to the CDLH Savannah office, Ms. Ambreon provided me with outstanding customer service, professionalism, and respect. She provided the medical records release form and my pathology report. She was very prompt and asked about scheduling me for my follow up appointment, which was not previously scheduled.
