I've had my eyes on these apartments and went in for a tour today since my lease is ending in a few months. Daisy Jeffery gave me the tour and she was amazing! I loved the property and she was very sweet and patient, and answered all of the questions that I had. I'm definitely considering moving to Elan, they are nice apartments and friendly staff. Would highly recommend Elan to anyone looking, and ask for Daisy!
When looking for apartments in downtown Charleston, not only did we want a place that could feel like home but also people that were easy to help us make our home. I've lived here for almost 2 years and the new team at Bell Partners has been great! They are working on so many great updates for the building. Daisy, Lexi, and Alexandria are all super helpful, and the maintenance team is great, responding to all requests very quickly! Thank you all! :)
Absolutely loved living in this apartment complex. The staff here has always been very helpful, the residents are coincidentally really nice as well. Lots of updates during my time here and they seem to keep coming. Lots of events for residents to get to know each other. Also an amazing location to all King St hot spots! I’ve lived up and down the east coast and by far Charleston and Elan midtown is the best place I’ve ever lived!
Elan is a beautiful building and in a great location! There are lots of shops, restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The apartments and amenities are great! Daisy gave me a tour of the property and was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. She gave a great first impression of the building and staff that works there. I would highly recommend Elan to anyone looking for a great place to live!
