I’ve had a great experience living at the Charleigh so far. The community is well-maintained, and feels very welcoming. One of the highlights of living here has been the staff. Daisy, in particular, has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. She goes out of her way to make sure residents feel taken care of and that any questions or concerns are addressed quickly. Absolutely love the charleigh! Ladies in the office are best. Lexie is so sweet and daisy is a hoot! The maintenance team is also second to none in any of the places I’ve stayed. Few of the good ones left that take pride in their work.
Wonderful place to live. I moved in a few months ago and the facilities are well kept and the communal spaces are well maintained. The staff and management of the building, specifically Ms Daisy Jeffery, have all been attentive, informative, and as helpful as can be. Happy to call The Charleigh home.
The Treadmill, Peloton, and Stairmaster have been broken for months. We've asked the front desk several times when they're fixing it, and the answer is always "someone is coming out," but they've been saying this for months at this point. For this expensive of an apartment on King St, you would think the standard would be higher. How can they expect residents to renew if their amenities are constantly malfunctioning? I came to visit a friend of mine that lives in this apartment building and I absolutely fell in love with the inviting atmosphere and the modern decor not to mention their exquisite pool area.
