When looking for apartments in downtown Charleston, not only did we want a place that could feel like home but also people that were easy to help us make our home. Physical building and amenities are good. Management is awful to work with. Their “Attitude” towards renters is woeful. They make it hard to get details and they do not manage their communications well regarding invoices etc.
I've had my eyes on these apartments and went in for a tour today since my lease is ending in a few months. Daisy Jeffery gave me the tour and she was amazing! I loved the property and she was very sweet and patient, and answered all of the questions that I had. I'm definitely considering moving to Elan, they are nice apartments and friendly staff. Would highly recommend Elan to anyone looking, and ask for Daisy!
Alexis was extremely professional and helpful. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make my experience apartment hunting easy and enjoyable. She is an asset to your company and I cannot wait to sign my lease!
I've lived here for almost 2 years and the new team at Bell Partners has been great! They are working on so many great updates for the building. Daisy, Lexi, and Alexandria are all super helpful, and the maintenance team is great, responding to all requests very quickly! Thank you all! :)
