I came to visit a friend of mine that lives in this apartment building and I absolutely fell in love with the inviting atmosphere and the modern decor not to mention their exquisite pool area. This has been an amazing place to live so far! The pool is nice, the facilities are clean, the amenities are great! They truly go above and beyond keeping this place clean and updated for their residents. There's two grills and a dog yard that are able to be used by residents and the staff do a great job maintaining those areas. The gym equipment is nice and it is excellent to be able to use it around the clock. The current staff is just the best! Daisy and Lexi in the front office are so helpful! Lexi has always been accommodating and knowledgeable! And the maintenance team is by far the best! Omar and Jake are so timely and always follow up.
I have lived at the Charleigh for over 2 years and love it! My one-bedroom fits my lifestyle perfectly, the pool area and clubroom are great for hosting, the parking garage is the best you'll ever find at an apartment complex, and the location is the best in the city. Daisy Jeffery in particular has been exceptionally helpful and great to work with over the past couple of years. Would highly recommend!
I have been living in Charleigh for a couple of weeks now. I love my unit and the amenities. I appreciate Peter Terenzi, who gave us the tour and helped with the entire application and move-in process. Peter was patient and thorough in explaining the procedure. We were greeted warmly and friendly by other staff on our first day. I recommend it to anyone looking for a decent living space with great amenities in the area.
