His knowledge of the properties and the leasing process was impressive.
The Management/Leasing office sucks! The apartments here are really nice and spacious with a good community and amenities but management can make your life really difficult. We recently moved here and since day 1 the leasing office has shown poor responsiveness, unclear communication. Now we are facing some initial set up issues (which is normal) and the maintenance is pretty responsive but again the leasing office/management does not seem to care when we try to contact them with any of our questions or concerns.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Eduardo and Pedro, and I couldn't be more impressed with their outstanding service. Eduardo went the extra mile in securing me an amazing apartment at an unbeatable price. Not only that, but he also took the initiative to ensure that any potential disturbances from the nearby basketball court wouldn't affect my living experience. Management switches over frequently, although they all seem nice if you can ever talk to them. You should definitely live here if you like your packages stolen frequently and the only thing done about it is to be told to file a police report. Sweet. They raise your rent a ridiculous amount and yet management doesn’t actually help with much. They have removed the majority of guest parking so hope you don’t have friends or family that you like.
