I still have maintenance request from October in. There is a foul (probably mold) smell coming from my vents causing the unit to smell like a sewer. Nobody will do anything about it. Paper thin walls. Undertrained and understaffed. I feel bad for the few who work there.

To call this luxury apartment is a joke. I remember writing this amazing review after touring the chase, now that we have been settled in for a year here I wanted to update it. I want to start with saying they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign the lease and give you their money; including lie right to your face. Poor Management and undisclosed fees added to the end of the lease agreement. Consistent deliver theft of doordash and usps packages.
