My children have gone here for years. Dr Habert is amazing. Kind and patient with the children and always attentive to parent concerns. Unfortunately he books quickly so I often have to see other providers. The call system is ridiculous and takes forever to get off of hold. Dr Solomon is rude, dry and should consider retirement. she is not kind to the kids, very flat and seeming like she hates her job. she yelled at my kindergartener for not putting his mask back on quick enough, shows no patience. Apparently a nurse at this office saw something on social media about me and my children. Now I'm to the topic of conversation between the nurses in this office. I don't feel comfortable bringing any of my children into this office due to the incompetence of a nursing staff. One nurse was super kind and nice to me and my children and now she's receiving back lash by the other nurses and the staff at this office. Very unprofessional of the staffing here.

The worse practice I've ever been to, horrible staff beyond rude receptionist especially in fishkill office. Beyond upsetting that there places out there who treat patients the way this office does. I had an appointment for both my children, was turned away with both kids with 104 fevers bc I had an immunization appointment and not a sick one. No compassion! They always misdiagnose my kids(missed their asthmas) just horrible! Idk how this practice is still open. (The nurses are the only good thing abt this place)
