This was our first time visiting the practice, and we had an excellent experience. They are affiliated with my son’s primary doctor in Florida, which made the transition feel very smooth and reassuring. The doctor was outstanding. I was very impressed by how caring, attentive, and knowledgeable she was. She had clearly taken the time to understand my son’s lengthy medical history and came prepared to discuss his needs in detail. The doctor forgot to submit the referral she had agreed to complete. This was not a major issue, as I was able to obtain a list of the needed providers from the front desk upon request. The provider stated that two prescriptions were ordered; however, the pharmacy indicated that only one was received. I have been unable to reach the office, I left a voicemail and never got a call back, and there is no direct contact number available. Contacting your childs provider should not be this difficult.
Do not go here. My toddler had a fever overnight. The only symptom she had was lower belly pain and kept sticking her hand in her diaper. We typically bring her to the Fishkill office but this location had an opening first ring in the morning. I now see why. When my wife arrived she was told our daughter wouldn’t be seen unless we filled out the paperwork that was never sent to us. When she got in the room she needed to provide a urine sample. Our two kids have seen Dr. Aristide for 12 years. We love her! She is very thorough. She is kind and very patient. There is never a wait at Children’s Medical, and the offices (including the beautiful new Newburgh location) are pristine.
Dr. Aristide is always great! She has a great bedside manner and is simply lovely. We have been going to her for about 10 years now and will not go anywhere else. Also I have family members kids who have gone to her too and they love her as well! She is very knowledgeable and treats kids like they were her own.
