Josh efficiently identified and replaced a faulty wire in my thermostat-heat pump system. I have also had excellent service and advice from Roger in the past as well. This local contractor is highly recommended for their expertise, quick repairs, and reasonable rates and will always be my first choice.
Roger is an incredibly smart and honest person. I had two bids to replace my furnace. One was $16,500 and another $11,500. He figured out that it was the faulty zoning system in my system that was at fault. The cost of the repair was $950. What a relief! I use Clean Air Act regularly in my real estate business, and found them to be of highly superior service. I absolutely recommend them!

Our central air unit went out this past Friday evening. Unfortunately due to the timing our home warranty company did not assign the job out to this company until 6am Monday morning. I got a call from The Clean Air Act, Inc just three hours later saying they could be at my house in about 45 minutes. The technician had our AC working in about 15 minutes.
These guys have been great. Absoutly no complaints here. They came and installed a new heat pump system at my house in August of 2023. They have been out twice now to fix the system in one way or another and to be clear it as been issues with the system and not the install or anything to do with this being an issue on their work. They have been on time and no rescheduling for the times they have been out here. They are kind and answer all of my questions with no issues.
