UNPROFESSIONAL & UNACCOUNTABLE (1 Star BBB) - NO HEAT FOR 2 YOUNG CHILDREN & 2 adults after 3 appointments were Scheduled (btw 1pm-5pm) on 3 on separate days to repair a failing furnace. Waited at home but NO-SHOW ON EACH APPOINTMENT & they WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. 5 days later, no heat, no contact & cannot speak to anyone from the company. Clean Air Act forward their calls through a call center and ignore messages. I left three messages in two weeks. And they won't call me back to go over their quote. It is Not cheap. Their quote for a total to replace an 2.5 tons air unit is over 12K but they don’t call me back to review. American Home Shield sent them to fix my current air unit or provide the quote to replace it. I'll now have to deal with AHS and find a reputable company on my own.

Clean Air was the 3rd place I called to fix my heat pump. The two previous companies told me I needed to replace my whole system for a minimum of 15k. Clean Air fixed the problem and had it charged up and running for under 1k. Victoria who took my call was very nice and helpful. Jason did great work and offered helpful advice. I'll definitely be calling Clean Air again,
They route their calls through a call center and ignore messages. Landmark Warranty scheduled my appointment with Clean Air over a month ago then Clean Air cancelled the appointment without explanation. And they won't call me back to explain. I'll now find a reputable company on my own.
