These. apartments are owned by some corporation in California. The lease agreement was a mile long and there's a lot of bureaucracy to wade through. If you are careful to dot your i's and cross your t's, this is a pleasant place to live and the rent is bearable. I am a mid level manager for a large corporation so I speak with authority when I say the local staff is kind of set of for failure by their corporate red tape. This is my first experience moving into an apartment. Im getting married soon and we are all settled and ready for moving in officially after the wedidng. Our office workers were very helpful! The apartment is beautiful and clean. Its a friendly, happy, safe apartment complex. I feel safe coming and going at night without my husband and cant wait to get more involved. The lease is extremely long, but overall its a very great apartment complex!
