This property is beautiful! I visit my grandmother here all the time and its always clean and the grounds look great. Todd the manager is so helpful and has been wonderful. We love it here!!!

Management has greatly improved...so has rating.. still can't get my apartment painted after 9 years.... still a wonderful place to live. Steve, Terry and Todd have a great relationship with tenants.
Nice small Community of 55+ residents. I've been living here 7 years. AC issue addressed promptly and professionally by staff maintenance (Steve--a gem!) and outside contractor. Current management team addresses issues promptly and courteously. Owners could and SHOULD address routine issues...eg...carpets in common areas DESPERATELY need replacing--complex is 10+ years old). Treeline areas need to be addressed (fallen trees, heavy weed growth). This is NOT a good reflection on The Colony owners. Overall nice place to call ho... read more
