Very nice looking apartment however the wall are very thin, you can hear much of your neighbors movements. This complex is listed and promoted as 55 and over however there are a lot of small children, mostly well behaved but you will find them from time to time running and playing in the hallways outside your apartment. There are several very high monthly charges that are added to your rent. Gorgeous complex and caring community. Pricing is affordable and Nieghbor’s are kind. Glad to be living in such a welcoming environment, highly recommended. Each apartment is tended too. Bi-Weekly landscaping, on site handyman, very caring site manager and allows pets.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful property. Eager to call this complex home.
The quality of the management (Dustin) matches the apartment, amenities and location. We're one of the lucky ones.
