My elderly mother lived here for a few months without issue. All provisions in lease agreement were met, and they were understanding when Mom's health deteriorated. Leasing office was responsive to our questions and concerns. Location is super-convenient - right by Community Center, playground, & church. Close to grocery store, bank & pharmacy. Beautiful area. It's a bit loud when motorcycles go by (she had apartment facing King St), but that apt also offered more windows.

Think twice before moving here. I lived my whole life (80 years) as a law abiding citizen but because I questioned their bookkeeping system & the utility charges I’m officially a criminal with court charges, etc. Criminal charges are now on my record & I can’t even imagine what I’ll do if my children, grandchildren & great grandchildren find out. This is shameful & I can’t stop crying. Had to give them one star (which they don’t deserve) in order to post comment.

Staff are friendly to your face. But they are inconsistent with responding to maintenance issues. They charge $15 additional fee to utilities monthly for "administrative fees" but they don't send you the exact bill from the utility companies. The central fire alarm system is ear piercing. When I moved out, the Apartment Gallery billed me for those maintenance issues. Dissatisfied and do not recommend.

Zero stars actually. At this establishment you pay the landlord for the utilities. Expect bills that aren’t actual utility bills like you’ve come to expect from utility companies. Your electric consumption is not what you pay for and there is a $15 per month “meter reading” fee that is explained by saying “it’s what the owner wants right now.” In order to get the apartment I wanted, I had an addendum in lease that I was to pay for the electric for the outside parking lot light that was outside my window. When I initially cal... read more

this is a terrible place to live please do not move here. this was my first apartment on my own and they ripped me off so badly. my central air has been out since june of last year. i’ve made numerous attempts to call different people in charge and no one cares. at all. they told me they need the owners approval and it’s been NINE months. i have never even written a review about anywhere but this place is literally disgusting with the way they treat people.
