The Compond is unique in that it is a 24hr facility that offers great personal training and group classes. Ryan the owner honors veterans with his interior decor and it has a feel of a private facility. a great variety of equipment and next level fitness advice and attentiveness to the clients needs. Highly recommended with enthusiasm!!!!
