Love this building — it perfectly blends a neighborhood community vibe with easy access to downtown. Having the Co-Op right next door is a huge bonus — I’m there multiple times a week, whether for groceries or grabbing lunch or dinner from the hot bar and salad section. Can’t say enough good things about the building and the management team!
My family just moved to The Cooper with our 2 month old baby and we love living here! Our balcony has amazing views - and having a nice gym in the building is a huge plus. Such an amenity being close to the co-op. Highly recommend!
