I cannot say enough great things about The Cottages at La Vista! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this community is genuinely cared for. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. A HUGE shoutout to Diane, the apartment manager, she is absolutely amazing. I recently toured this apartment complex and had a great experience from beginning to end. The community is clean, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The manager was outstanding and made a huge impact on my decision. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the leasing process clearly, and made me feel comfortable without any pressure. It’s obvious they genuinely care about the property and the people who live there.
Me & my son absolutely love living here! The apartments are well-maintained, and the management is super responsive. Any time I've had a question or needed assistance, they've been quick to help. The community is friendly, and I feel safe here. Plus, the location is perfect—close to everything I need. Highly recommend! 🫶🏽
I want to say I would NOT recommend this place it's all fake in pictures you see about this place has old stove old fridge old a/c unit on the apartment #604 I have found out there was MOLD in my apartment #604 that Diane the Manager did not notified me for her cover up taking advantage of Me and the Housing Authority she is not a very honest person she does not know how to talk to people she thinks she is right all the time will not listen to you she over talks your conversation not want to hear what you have to say this pl... read more
I’ve lived here almost half of my life, the management is VERY rude, she once told my family that I was doing terrible things which she heard from a few kids, I NEVER done anything.😒 And she HATES my brother. when my sister and her friend were living here, the management was rude to them. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT ARE NICE, THEY ARE LYING THIS PLACE IS BAD. Very rude. Horrible. Believe me or not but you will regret it if you move here, trust me.
