I cannot say enough great things about The Cottages at La Vista! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this community is genuinely cared for. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. A HUGE shoutout to Diane, the apartment manager, she is absolutely amazing. Me & my son absolutely love living here! The apartments are well-maintained, and the management is super responsive. Any time I've had a question or needed assistance, they've been quick to help. The community is friendly, and I feel safe here. Plus, the location is perfect—close to everything I need. Highly recommend! 🫶🏽
I want to say I would NOT recommend this place it's all fake in pictures you see about this place has old stove old fridge old a/c unit on the apartment #604 I have found out there was MOLD in my apartment #604 that Diane the Manager did not notified me for her cover up taking advantage of Me and the Housing Authority she is not a very honest person she does not know how to talk to people she thinks she is right all the time will not listen to you she over talks your conversation not want to hear what you have to say this pl... read more
I recently moved in to the townhomes and I love it! Diane and Natalya are so friendly and made everything so easy. Rommel is respectful and great at getting any work orders done in a timely manner. I needed a place quickly that I felt safe in and at an affordable price. Couldn't be happier to be apart of Cottages at La Vista! So grateful for all their team. Thank you!
I’ve been here for 3 years and those 3 years management has been awesome. If there’s an issue they’re on it right away, never has had any inconveniences here at the Cottages at La Vista. Neighbors are great!! Is a very good place to live. Diane Garcia, our Property Manager is A1A 100% all the time.
