Awesome job done
Business response:
We greatly appreciate your positive feedback. Thank you for choosing Fischer Homes!
The sales process was a hard one dealing with a fairly new sales person with little to no knowledge on what features are available on each model or even basic what options are possible on a specific home site. No allowing any grace time for any amendment to the contract after signing the contract. The sales team forget that they are in the field of customer service and satisfaction. After the hard sales process everything else was a breeze. The field manager was excellent in building the home.
Business response:
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We greatly appreciate your feedback on the sales process and the field manager's work.
Multiple issues that were called out prior to the final walk through were not addressed prior to closing and remain incomplete 2 weeks after closing.
