Absolutely an amazing company with astounding customer service and a super helpful and knowledgeable team! The work they did insulating the old side of our basement is amazing. It looks so good and it’s already more comfy on that side of the house! We appreciate the care they put into it ensuring they did the job right. We are so happy with the results! Very happy with Koala. From getting the quote, scheduling the job and having the work done. My wife was home the day the job was done. Very friendly group of workers. My current attic blow in insulation was settled and sparse. I had plywood down for storage. I removed all except 1 1/2 sheets in front of attic door. We had Koala blow in more over existing insulation. Very fair price.
