Our 94-year-old Mother was among the first residents to move into the Independent Living section at The Crossings at North River. She had previously lived in another Independent Living facility in Tuscaloosa for three years, but the conditions had deteriorated, and the food quality had declined. The Crossings at North River has been a blessing for my mother-in-law. She moved from another facility when The Crossings first opened. I had the pleasure of touring The Crossings and was so impressed! Every staff member greeted me with a smile on their face and an eagerness to help. The facility blew my mind, from their library to their dining hall. When the time comes for me to find a place for my parents, The Crossings will be at the top of my list!
