They were wonderful to work with and called on several occasions to make sure that all was going well with the process and after the home was delivered and set up, as well as after we had been in the home for a few weeks to make sure that all was working properly and that we were satisfied. Unfortunately, our experience with Daly Homes in Goldsboro, NC has not been a pleasant one. We ordered our home built to certain specifications, as stated in the contract, and not only was it built incorrectly but they retrieved the house from our property and STILL have not return our very large deposit. I have a flooring issue that Daly doesn’t want to take responsibility for. They give family owned businesses a bad name. I was lied to about flooring I was getting. I asked for what they had in their office witch is vinyl but I got a cheap laminate. Then they charged big bucks cause they said someone from the manufacturer would have to install it but then went with their own person Eddie that says he’s been doing flooring for 40 yrs. but a amateur could have done a better job.
