First off? I would like to say these are one of the finest , cleanest and most professional apartments I have lived in . They are very attentive when are brought to their attention. The cleanliness is spectacular. I have lived in many apartments where there are bug infestations, and since I've been here, I have seen no roaches and or kinds of bug !!!! Hi everyone I used to be a resident here when it was still “Verge Apartments” everything was all good until the switched management I don’t even know where to begin when they gave me my apartment they gave it to me with a horrendous floor and when I repotted it they said I could leave it as is or pay to have it replaced when they gave it to me that way anyways fast forward to my move out date 4 years later I get a bill of $700 from this apartment charging me for a damaged floor when it was in the exact same condition they ga... read more

Super nice renovated apartments. I love the location near tons of shopping and dining. The grounds are always clean and the staff does a great job making District at Midtown feel like home.

I went to do a tour with Roxana and she was nice and helped me with all of my questions… The property looks clean and nice!! I cant wait to be part of this community!! Love it!!

It’s unbelievable how the office hasn’t done anything about the apartment 2084 building 2 about the dogs. It’s smells really bad near the porch and almost all day those dogs cry in their cage. Irresponsible owner. Don’t have dogs if you’re going to leave them 3-4 days at home with no care.
