⭐️ 1 star I pay for a reserved parking spot that is clearly listed in my lease and that I have rented for YEARS, yet someone repeatedly parks in it with zero consequences. When this happened most recently, the towing company listed by the complex did not answer, and when I went to the office for help, the office lady handled the situation extremely poorly. I recently toured this property and was really impressed! The leasing staff was welcoming and professional, they answered all my questions, and made the process easy to understand. The community looked clean and well-maintained, and the model unit gave me a clear idea of what to expect. Overall, it was a great experience that made me feel confident about considering this property.
I’ve lived at this property for about three years. A few weeks ago, my window glass was broken by some kids. I had submitted a maintenance request with the previous management, but it was never addressed. Once the new team took over, I submitted a new work order and the glass was replaced the very next day! That’s how efficient and reliable this team is. I definitely recommend District!
I went to do a tour looking for a 2-bedroom 2 baths for the end of January unfortunately it is too soon to know but Esmeralda gave me excellent information about the property and prices. The property looked really nice and clean. Defiantly I am coming back!! Thank you Esmeralda!
I have lived here at this property for over 4 years and the new administration has done phenomenal!! Every time I request a work orden the service is quick and efficient. I do recommend this place.
