Process wasn’t too bad but wish the amenities and things included were more descriptive. Also, would of been nice to have functional appliances upon move in.
Moved in on12/1 and I had a leak In bathroom sink I called the after hour service and immediately I received a call back and my issue was resolved. Thank you for the prompt response.

The move in process was relatively straightforward and easy Other than the bathroom and kitchen being on the small side (which I fully expected) I am very happy with the size of my apartment. So far I have little to no complaints and I am looking forward to settling in my new home.

I had some issues with my new apartment and it got resolved in less than 48 hours. The leasing office was very attentive and efficiently fixed what needed to be fixed very happy with the services. I am glad with the overall outcome.

First visit was awkward, I stood at the door and waited for the young lady to open the door for me because it was locked, as she turn the key she walked away did not acknowledge me so I open the door and let myself in, I waited at the door to find her walking to her desk and two other leasing agents sitting, no one looked up to tell me they will be with me until Mrs Muniz acknowledge me and ask me to have a seat, she apologized letting me k ow the other lady was having a bad day.
