Super quick service, and Super friendly. Called at 5pm on Monday, he got me scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, AND worked with us when I got off work late and we couldn't start our appointment on time. Both garage springs replaces and the door working well 24 hours after calling. Would highly recommend to anyone needing quick and fair service.
I called for pricing on a new garage door opener. He not only returned my call the same day but he also gave me a price over the phone and said he could do the job that same day. Wow. Now that’s good service. Bruce is very personable and very professional. He installed our new opener, programmed the outside keypad for us and all this was done is less than a couple of hours. I definitely recommend The Door Pro for all your garage door needs.
Had a spring break on our garage door and gave Bruce a call at 6:30pm thinking a would get a voice mail. Bruce picked up and scheduled a time with me for the next day. Bruce came out and replaced both the springs on our garage door in no time at all and at a great price. Quality work done quickly!
Bruce, The Door Pro was awesome! I had an issue with my garage door getting hung up and not operating correctly. He answered his phone, which seems to be an issue with the other Overhead Garage Door companies, and came right out and had it operational in no time. Bruce is professional, polite, and got the job done in a timely manner.
