Nice office staff I recently moved to the Doral Apartments in July 2022 and do not have any complaints. The office staff was nice and assisted with all of my questions during the application process. They also assisted with any issues I had immediately after moving in
Great office staff I came in the office and the office staff was just wonderful. Very respectful and caring. Helped me out a lot with getting my apartment. Yes, I had little issues with my place, but sure enough they came out and fixed it. Thank you ladies!.

Awful Do not rent here. I have lived here for many years and the management rotates all the time. The area manager is not a nice person. She is actually the one who makes all the decisions on everything. They overcharge on late fees. They are eviction happy people. The property is always full of dog poop and trash. Loud music all hours of the night and day. The pool is only open when they say it is open. The laundry rooms are nasty and 90% of the machines do not work. Many apartments are full of roaches. Needs serious improvement Good location, property not well maintained. Very hard to get maintenance out to fix problems. But, maintenance is good when they come. Laundry facility has no working washers. Completely outdated appliances
Not a good place to live at! Not recommend at all! Its bad all the way around. Maintenance is horrible! Office workers don’t help with any problems that occur in, out, or, around the premises!
Last resort I would only advise renting if it is your last resort. I had to move to Dallas because of a natural disaster and needed something fast. I will be moving soon and would not recommend. The staff is extremely unprofessional. It is hard to get someone that understands mid to complex issues that arise. I’ve been hung up on several times when calling about maintenance updates. Unnecessary charges When we moved in they were very strict about having every single thing ready and in order (understandable) including the fees and information of our 2 dogs. Now all of a sudden we get letter at our door saying we have 2 unauthorized dogs and are wanting to charge more fees. This was left on a Sat leaving us only 24 hours to discuss this when they are closed on Sunday! .. Very upsetting . Definitely thinking of leaving when our lease is up. ?? My lease is up this month (April 30th) and I am glad to be moving on. These apartments was a choice I had to make fast and it wasn’t hard getting accepted with my broken lease on my record. The staff has always been friendly. The issues I have ran across are as followed; when the pool was supposed to be opened, it was closed on two separate occasions and when I called the office “ they said they were out of pool cleaner”, the apartment has a few spots in ceiling where in caves in, I keep kitchen clean but yet bad infestat... read more
