The Dry Guy Company was amazing when we had a flood in our master bath. Working with Zach was fantastic. He explained every step of the process. He worked around our schedule and did a great job with the demolition. I would highly recommend this company!!
Josh and his team at The Dry Guy Restoration were great to work with. They were very responsive and communicated every step of the way. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what was going on while working diligently to get our property back to normal with as little disruption to the rest of our property.
Dry Guy came out to my house within a couple hours after the leak was detected. Josh and Zac were very professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout each step of the process. Appreciated the visits on Sat and Sun as well, when Zac came out to check the progress of the drying process with all of the fans and dehumidifiers running. Great company to work with.
I was taking care of my neighbors house during a severe cold spell, and she asked me to drip the faucets. Unfortunately I didn't notice the stopper was all the way down, so the bathroom sink flooded into the bedroom and closet. I had a leak under the bathroom and it was identified by Josh and get the issue resolved in minutes. Later he installed blow dryers and humidifier for the wet areas of the drywall in the ceiling and provided very good information and treated the wood for micro bacteria. Excellent service and did the job with almost care. I would recommend this company and Josh 100%. Thank you Josh !!
