I just wanted to give a huge shout out to John at the Duct Doctor. We had a problem with our AC on the hottest day of the year and he and his team were there the very next morning to take care of it. Saved us for sure!! I know they were really busy this super hot week but he made the time for us and we can't thank him enough for that. Amazing service. Thank you so much!

We had a great experience using Duct-Doctor to clean out the ducts in our Sonoma home. Jordan and Jonathan were very professional and great to work with - friendly, on-time, kept our house clean, and very thorough on the duct cleaning. They even went above and beyond what we had scoped - while they were checking our ducts under the house, they took some pic's that showed some issues that needed our attention that we would not have known about otherwise. Highly recommend!

I have been searching a long time for a company that could help replace, repair, and clean the ducts under my house to prepare for winter. I am grateful to say that once I talked to John, the owner, and met Mackenzie, Greg, and Dustin, employees, my endless and frustrating search is now over! The guys were beyond polite and professional, this was the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I've had a funky smell in my house that's been driving me crazy. Before The Duct Doctor finally found (and validated) my issue, I had 4 other professionals come to investigate. One told me it was a propane leak. It's not. One told me it was sewage gas. One came and reset the toilets and checked the P-traps. John and his crew are skilled, honest and overall phenomenal!! I can't thank them enough for accommodating me on such short notice! His prices are very fair and he will actually work with you to fix your issue and save you money -- instead of trying to replace everything, which is $$$$$. Seriously call them before you go anywhere else!
