RecommendedBest equipment and maintenance of the equipment Ive seen in my almost 60 years of being a member of a gym and woking within the industry itself for almost 30 years.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Did everything they asked to cancel for moving 40 miles away and no response, just keep charging and charging. You call, email, provide documents showing that you moved and nothing. Talk to staff on site and they are rude and unhelpful. Don’t get trapped into the membership because even if you do everything right, they do not cancel.

Frequently open up the doors later than advertised. Got there at 7AM today and waited outside for over 20 minutes with a few dozen other aggravated guests. If you can’t manage to open your business on time and respect your clients time, don’t advertise early opening hours. People have appointments and jobs they need to get to.

Hello Justin, there was actually an issue with the computerized magnetic lock system that caused the late openings. We do understand that this would be an inconvenience and frustration none the less, and do apologize for that. However, we would like to mention that our staff was not late, this was beyond their control. Our IT team has worked to resolve and this should not be an issue moving forward.
