The building is newly renovated and my apartment is so nice! I think it’s a very reasonable price for what you get. The gym is nice and the community room as well! The property manager, Rita, is very kind and helpful with questions and the moving process! I’d recommend ☺️

From the moment I stepped into The Electric Building I felt at home. The lobby is gorgeous, the team that greeted me were friendly and helpful. But as beautiful as the building is, Rita is the best part. She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and was so helpful. Rita made the entire process seamless while still making it fun and keeping me excited to be a part of this community. Toured this building with Rita and I’m really impressed! The building was just fully renovated, so everything feels brand new, clean, and modern. The gym has all updated equipment, and the community room is beautiful, plus it has a great coffee machine which is such a nice touch. The manager is awesome and super easy to work with. Great location too—definitely a great place to live!

This building is amazing. It’s fully renovated and has everything a tenant could want with an awesome location. Rita, the leasing specialist, has also been great throughout the process, extremely helpful, responsive, and attentive, even while managing a brand-new building. Overall, it’s a great place!
