Life is a journey. Few weeks ago was for my Wife , today I’m the patient and yall know something?! Definitely this ER is a family thing. I didn’t feel well during the day , I got to the ER and in minutes Dr.Smaistrla, Gloria and Chris were already helping me and treating me like a friend or a family member. The service and professionalism is a reflect of the high quality and standards they have when they provide the best healthcare care that we have been receiving in Texas . Thanks team .

So truly glad that we have an ER in this community that cares about their patients and passionate about their work! I came in yesterday and had been avoiding after I fell earlier in the day and hit my head pretty hard. I checked in at the front desk and was warmly greeted by Tianne their PSC who is definitely a joy and didn't hesitate to get us a blanket or snack. i took my 5 week old daughter here after suspecting she might be getting sick. i called at around 2:30 am terrified and in tears (im a first time mom) and the front desk lady, tianne, made me feel so much better about our situation and encouraged me to come up there just to be safe. she had a room made up for us and let the doctors on call know ahead of time what was going on. when we arrived we were seen almost immediately and was greeted with a very friendly staff. they walked us through everything, answered any questions ... read more

I would be leery of seeking quality emergency care from this place considering how poorly they treat their employees. They were already hiring employees at the end of August 2024 with a projected opening in September. Since TEC couldn't pass their state inspection, opening was delayed until the end of October, so many were forced to look for work elsewhere or wait for opening and go without a check.
