The staff are always the kindest people. They work quickly and efficiently to make sure we are taken care of. Healthcare is a crazy place right now but they make sure you don’t feel that when you’re in one of their rooms!

Everything was good except when the employee rammed my hurt leg/foot into the door jam while wheeling me into the room. That hurt, but the other caregivers were excellent — when I had a extreme reaction to fentanyl they went above and beyond to care for me and make me comfortable. I would definitely recommend La Vernia ER Clinic.

I checked in and was quickly taken back for evaluation. My care team were kind , professional and really took time to understand what symptoms I was experiencing. Everyone from check in staff, to my nurse and Dr Bates made my experience very positive in spite of how bad I was feeling.

I was afraid i was having another stroke ( BP 193/116 avg over past 2 days)...i was cared for quickly and THOROUGHLY! I felt like someone cared vs being treated like "just another Medicare number". Theresa (RN) and Dr De La Cruz were fabulous!
