I was in a lot of pain and Nurse Grace brought me to a room right away and took vitals, started my IV and had pain medication on board when ordered by the MD. Dr Hersh is amazing and took time explaining my diagnosis as it is a rare illness. He is always amazing and very knowledgeable. He even checked on the the next day. CT tech Tiann is so nice and explained everything that was going to happen during scan and even gave me a blanket because it was cold. The staff completed my checkin and triage quickly. I wasn’t feeling my best so I went to see medical staff to get some answers. I love that I get amazing services when I need it to feel better. The care required a CT scan and IV fluids which gave some clarity and I felt a little better. The NP really took time to discuss my diagnosis and expressed concern for my follow ups. I appreciated the care and concern. Highly recommend this facility!
