Estates of Hyde Park has turned around. The place is clean and staff gives great customer service.
My family member had 4 bedsores with no wound care provided, was malnourished (unable to feed self), diapers not frequently changed which left 3 more sores and no care, clothes of numerous residents often went missing, the staff often doesn't answer the phone when you call the floor. Frequently the family member's personal toiletries and clothes were missing even after being replaced. This is the worst nursing home ever, my grandmother is in the hospital right now due to the huge neglect of this place, they almost killed my granny who is fighting for her life because of them,the long list that they done to her is horrible... don't ever send a love one here Bed sores as big as 2 fist and deep to her bones,can't even see her anal.. (maximum stage).sores on her back,legs,ankles etc she was extremely dehydrated,mouth full of thrush & spit, 2 bad infections from the sores and nasty tubes, leakage by her heart ... read more
